The deal,
in plain words.
Last updated October 19, 2026. TiviDeck is made and operated by DeriVault LLC. Installing or using it means you accept these terms.
What TiviDeck is
TiviDeck is a media player. It supplies no television.
It contains no channels, no films and no series. It does not host, stream, resell, aggregate or index anyone’s content, and it has no catalog of its own. It plays what you point it at, the way a music player plays your own files.
Every channel name, logo, program and piece of artwork you see in the app comes from your own provider or from a public metadata service, and belongs to whoever owns it.
What you bring, and your responsibility for it
You supply the source, and you are responsible for having the right to use it.
- You must only connect providers, playlists and portals that you are authorized to use — a subscription you pay for, a service you are entitled to, or content that is yours.
- You are responsible for what you connect and what you do with it, including complying with the law where you live and with your provider’s own terms.
- We do not supply, endorse, verify or vet any source, and we cannot help with a provider’s subscription, billing, lineup or legality. We have no relationship with them.
- Using TiviDeck to reach content you have no right to is a breach of these terms.
Your license
You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use TiviDeck on the televisions and phones in one household.
- Seven days free when you first add a provider, with everything switched on, on two devices.
- Then one of two plans, each paid once: Personal, $9.99, for two devices; or Family, $14.99, for five devices. Neither renews, and there is nothing to cancel.
- Personal can move up to Family at any time for the difference, $4.99.
- Televisions and phones both count toward a plan’s devices; signing in on tivideck.com does not. You can replace a device with another at any time from the dashboard, or from any television or phone in the household.
- With Family, extra devices can be added for $2.99 each, once, up to ten devices in the household in total.
- Purchases made before this allowance existed keep whatever they were sold with.
- It is a license to use the software, not a sale of it. You may not resell it, rent it, or redistribute modified copies.
Refunds follow the rules of wherever you bought it — Google Play’s policy for a Play purchase, Apple’s or Amazon’s for a purchase in their stores, ours for a purchase made through this site. Ask us and we will be reasonable about it.
A refunded purchase, or a payment disputed with your bank, takes back what it bought — the plan, or the extra devices — from the moment it is refunded or disputed. The seven free days are once per household.
Two editions. TiviDeck comes as a Store edition, from Google Play, the App Store and the Amazon Appstore, and an Enhanced edition, downloaded from tivideck.com, for TV and for phones. The Enhanced edition adds optional add‑ons that use services such as Cinemeta, Real‑Debrid and TorBox through your own accounts with them; those services are not ours, and the same rule applies to them as to your provider: use only what you have the right to use. Both editions unlock the same household and the same plans.
Basic, the free tier
Without a plan the player keeps working as Basic: one provider (the household’s main one), that provider’s own guide, and one profile, with live television, films, series and search. Other providers stay saved and return with a plan. The Sports Hub, more providers and guides, more profiles and the children’s world, pause and catch‑up, recordings, multi‑view, keeping films, sync and custom artwork are Premium.
Basic carries occasional advertising: a short spot before an on-demand title, a card while you are paused, a tile on the home screen. Never over live television, and never on a child’s profile.
The app says which features are Premium before you press anything.
The public game rooms
A game room is public. Everybody watching that game on TiviDeck can read what you write.
When you post in one, you agree not to post anything unlawful, abusive, hateful, sexual, threatening, or that reveals somebody’s private information — including your own. Do not advertise in them.
Other viewers can report a message. We may remove messages, and we may stop a television from posting, without notice. Rooms end when the game ends and are not kept.
Children
TiviDeck is for adults to set up. A child profile is created by an adult in the household, has no account of its own, sees no advertising and has no chat.
The parental controls — the PIN, bedtimes, allowances and category rules — are tools, not guarantees. You remain responsible for what the children in your household watch.
If you buy an advertisement
- You confirm you have the right to use everything in your creative.
- Every campaign is reviewed before it runs, and we may decline one without giving a reason.
- Nothing aimed at children, and nothing in a category we do not carry — the current list is on the advertise page.
- A rejected campaign is refunded. A campaign already running is not, except at our discretion.
- We report how many times your campaign ran. We never tell you who saw it.
What we promise, and what we cannot
We will do our best to make TiviDeck work well, fix what is broken and answer when you write.
What we cannot promise is anybody else’s service.
- If your provider’s stream stops, buffers, disappears or sends no guide data, that is theirs, not ours, and there is nothing in the player that can fix it.
- Sports data, artwork and ratings come from third parties and can be wrong, late or missing.
- A recording can fail because a stream failed. Keep nothing you cannot bear to lose.
- The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and our liability to you is limited to what you paid us.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the law where you live, including consumer rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Sports Hub data
Scores, schedules, standings, statistics, play-by-play, broadcaster details and the channels matched to a game come from independent third-party data providers and from your own provider’s channel list and guide. TiviDeck does not create or control that data.
- It can change, arrive late, be incomplete or be wrong at any time, without notice.
- A data provider can change or stop its service, which can change or remove features of the Sports Hub.
- A channel shown for a game is a match made from names and guide listings; it is not a promise that the channel carries that game, or that your provider makes it available to you.
When something is wrong, tell us at support@tivideck.com: we are committed to correcting it as quickly as we reasonably can. Errors, delays or changes in third-party sports data are not a defect of TiviDeck and are not, by themselves, grounds for a refund. Your rights under “What we promise, and what we cannot” above still apply.
Ending it
You can stop using TiviDeck whenever you like: unlink, uninstall, and that is the end of it.
We may suspend or end access for somebody who breaks these terms — connecting sources they have no right to, abusing the public rooms, or attacking the service. Where it is reasonable to do so we will say why first.
Changes
These terms can change as the app does. The date at the top changes with them, and a change that affects what you get is described in the release notes. Continuing to use TiviDeck after a change means accepting it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.
This does not remove protections you have under the law of the place you live, where that law says they cannot be removed by agreement.
